I don't really know how to answer this question. The term redneck can mean so many things. I think that if a countrified person whom is white and speaks differently than others is considered a redneck...then I would say....ummmm...no. But I do not like to generalize about people because I don't know all people or even one so called redneck for that matter. I think no matter how one speaks or looks on a day to day basis's doesn't determine their education level. I know lots of people who haven't been in a college or vocational classroom ever and dress and act professional.

Well, do you even know what the meaning of redneck is or how they got the name?
I can say that the name was met for Farmers down south because of the sun and working out in the fields all day they ted to get sun burned on their necks because they had long pans and long shirts on so that's were the name redneck comes from. And no I don't think most farmers are Dom and if some of these people think so I would like to see them do their job for a year and see how hard it is to get it before sun rise and work all day long.until the sun goes down.

A "Redneck" is a derogatory term describing a uneducated, bigoted, southerner, so you answered your own question. If you want to rephrase your question to ask: "are southerners typically uneducated?" The answer is no.

Typically yes...but you can be educated at the best schools and still be a redneck. It's your beliefs and ignorance that makes you a redneck.
Just like someone could have almost no education and be cultered and inteligent.
