Ok, so I just got me a Creative Zen Vision M (DIE IPOD DIE!) I uploaded a bunch of music and used the sync manager to sync it with the my music folder... then later i went into my computer and deleted a few songs and hooked my Zen up to it again, ran the sync manager expecting that it would delete the songs i deleted from the my music folder from the Zen. However, the songs are still on my Zen... is there anyway to configure the sync manager to remove songs from my Zen that i removed from the my music folder or do i always have to manually delete songs from the Zen?

The Creative software is pretty awful. I gave up on it the first day (admittedly I think they've upgraded and improved a version or so since then).

Download MediaMonkey for free. It will delete songs from the Zen that aren't in your library, as you want it to do, and it's a GREAT program. It may take a while of fiddling to see just how powerful it is, but the online forums are good for answering questions. And it uses the LAME encoder (you have to manually download it and drop it in the Media Monkey folder though, as the included one expires after a month or something because of licensing issues).

zens are a little picky when it comes to syncing... they'll usually only let you sync with one library at a time
