They are not comparable. Vin Diesel is an action actor and was great in XXX which was basically an action cartoon but was a lot of fun and even played passably in a serious film like Saving Private Ryan as the wounded Carpazzo. Rob Schneider was lousy on SNL and really is bad in his movies. It's like comparing apples and wax fruit and asking which is better.

Vin Diesel, Rob knows he's bad and plays on it. Vin takes himself seriously (and he doesn't date americans*snicker*). That's pompous!
