ex. in Harry Potter they got letter that can see real person talking. in House on the Lake the letter are from diffrent times.

In Top Secret! there is a carrier pigeon with a tiny valise attached to his leg by a tiny handcuff.
In The Jerk, he gets a dear John letter that got bathwater all over it, and he tries to read the smudged lettering in garbled speech.
There are many funny letters in the movie Rushmore, but they aren't so much the gag as the wording placed in them.
