steeling???? thats when you overlay metal objects that meet, so i would ask if that someone needed help. If you meant "stealing"; if he wasn't stealing from me, i wouldn't care!!

I would like to think I would turn them in but it depends on the situation If they were stealing food for their children I would close my eyes

Report them, if you weren't around and someone was stealing something of yours wouldn't you want someone else to do the same?

Well i would call the cops if it was my stuff i would want someone to do the same. in a store u would not have to they will get caught.

It is sad that this is even a question. You report it. We all pay for stolen merchandise in our purchases. Stores have to increase prices for what is stolen and guess who pays that, we all do.
