If you have a PS2, then I would recommend Clocktower 3. A pretty scary game, if I do say so myself.

Ouija, Ghost in the graveyard, Hey, I got one, poison just one meal (only dose one with LSD to give an effect)... lock all the doors and then fill them in and tell them that they have exactly 45 mins to find the antidote until the stuff starts to take it's toll. You may have to tell them that you're the only one who knows where the antidote is to fend off the wolves.
