1. Shake the clothes before washing (assuming they are dry) outside as furiously as possible.
2. Pick the obvious hairs off before washing (without killing yourself in detail).
3. Run them through the wash cycle / put fabric softner in the wash.
4. Add a dryer sheet to the dryer cycle.
5. Take the clothing / sheets out one by one and shake them again.
The added fabric softners should allow the hair to slide off the clothing and should break free in the dryer and go into the lint traps.
If there are some left -- pick them off by hand.

If you don't have a lint roller in your house, take some tape,
scotch or masking and roll a piece around your hand,
sticky side out, then rub your hand over the blanket &
clothing, the tape will pick up the hair. Change the tape
as it gets filled with hair.

Wrap masking tape around your hand sticky side out and blot the garments with it. This is a makeshift lint roller...you may have the real thing or a lint brush.
You can run it back through the dryer and it may come out in the lint filter, check and see if it collected any hair the first time?
Shake it vigorously outside.
Vacuum it with a brush attachment.
Use a static duster?
Tweezer them out.
