Consensual means a person legally considered an adult agreeing (consenting) to something with another legal adult.

Consensual means both or all parties involved gave their consent, or agreed to the act.

Usually, a person has to give some sort of spoken or written consent in order for something to be completely consensual, although consent is usually taken for granted in sexual situations where no negation is made.

Minors (children under the age of 18), animals, and those with mental faculty deficiences may be able to 'say' consent, but they cannot really give consent, so any sex with them is nonconsensual.

Hope that helps.

The teacher was of legal age and so was the student. In the eyes of the law, what they were doing was very legal. However... a teacher should be held o a higher standard. Come on... he or she was considered to be not only a teacher but a role model. Role models do not shag their students.
