Organic dark chocolate from Green & Black's - it is so lovely. First tried it in Ireland and am now addicted. Once you have had the good stuff it is virtually impossible to enjoy the mass market junk.

There are little chocolatiers in the Pyrenees in Spain who have fantastic flavors - all kinds of fruit and other goodies.
McMenamin's Chocolate Stout is a delicious microbrew in Portland Oregon.
Chocolate in mole sauce is wonderful.
And the movie Chocolat is a sensual delight. You can almost taste the delicious treats Juliette Binoche makes - I always crave a cup of really fine hot chocolate when I watch it.
Paris has some wonderful chocolate shops near Notre Dame - they have fountains of the stuff. Magnifique!

I love equally white or milk chocolate. I also enjoy it more when there is some kind, any kind, of filling. Nuts, creme, peanut butter in fact, anything but a coffee flavor. Each different taste brings forth a new sensation within my mouth.

Dark is decadent, and totally good with mint. Milk chocolate is paired best with peanut butter. Mmm! Dark chocolate is the chocolatiest chocolate ;) therefore the best! :P

White chocolate is my favorite. milk choc. is good too. dark is too bitter.
I had a long time ago, white with nerds in it. It was awesome.
krispies are good too. milk mint chocolate like you said as well.

I do like white, although it's not actually chocolate.
I used to only like milk chocolate, not dark, but as I've gotten older I like dark more and more.
I don't really like anything in my chocolate.
