Tinting is ILLEGAL. There are very strict laws for those lights. They are 1 thing on the vehicle that can not be changed. If you want to go to jail, spend lots of money in fines, or have a pretty paper weight in your driveway, then by all means, tint those tail lights. I assure you, however, that the law will take a VERY dim view of it. Don't do it, bad idea, find something else to change on the car that is allowed.
