I have a 1950 series C hundred dollar bill, I found in the bank I work at. One of my customers buys and sells old currency, and he wasn't too sure how much it would be worth, since he didn't see it. Is there a website, or somewhere, I can find out how much its worth?? Its in very good shape, and does not, have the words In God we Trust. Thanks

$100 bills usually tend to go for a good....one-hundred dollars....kidding...

Notes of that era should say, 'This note is a legal tender for all debts public and private'. Some notes add 'at its face value', and of course, some denominations do NOT say 'In God We Trust'. Notes of the $100 denomination are not worth more than $100 unless they are from the 1930s or earlier. In any case, the condition of the bill is important. Unless it is uncirculated, it won't appreciate much. The $100 bills have been redesigned, so this may increase the value of the older bills since they will decrease in circulation.
