it depends on their face n personality, like the ones vit broad face can keep long hair, n for thinner faces short face luks gud.
n it also depends on texture, lenght n thickness of ur hair, for eg: if ur hair is thin plat doesnt luk gud, so u can go for a feather cut or step cut which makes it luk thicker.

Dont really know, dont really care.
What do YOU want? whats more convienent for you? Long or short? High maintenance or low? Some peoples hair cant be worn short, others get real thinish and stringy as it grows longer. Personally, I cant do anything above shoulder level. The sides stick up every which way; the moose, the styling gel and curling iron be damned.

I would say definetely long hair. But it also depends on you face shape....If you have a small and round face then short would be better and if you have a long and oval shaped face then long and straight would look better.
