You have to give the audience what they want and white women are it.
White men want white women and Black Men want white women.
So in turn White Women tend to be in more films. They tend to gross more in dollers to.

I reject the premise of your question. I have the feeling that if you did a census of porn stars, you would find that the percentages are very much in line with the general population.
The real question is, why do you only watch porn movies with white women in them?

I'm no, uh, expert or anything,...but it might be because there are more white guys. ( Suppose the per capita American porn purchase was 0.0217. Since there are more white guys in the US, the total amount of porn bought by white guys would be larger.
