Hospitals always need nurses. The turnover rate for nurses is big. Once they become nurses some cant handle it and leave the profession. So they are always in need of them.

They don't! I am a new grad, and while nursing jobs are available, most will pass on new grads versus experianced nurses. New grads usually get the positions that experianced nurses do not want... ie// poor pay, poor hours, etc.

negative theory. maximum of them come the following searching ahead to to artwork as nurses and finally end up as uncertified nurses aides -- they could't qualify to take the board tests and pass them. in uncomplicated words one-third of qualified nurses who're US electorate easily artwork interior the field. maximum of them leave the career because the wages are so low and dealing situations are adverse. The more effective "nurses" we import, the more severe issues get and the more effective electorate leave the career, exceptionally pay mark downs. If we stopped importing "nurses," we would want to have adequate electorate qualified for the roles. we would want to always be providing good operating situations for human beings. And we would want to always have qualified nurses, no longer substandard "aides" who can not pass the tests.

Because they want to hire them upon graduation, so they want them to be familiar with their policies and procedures for when they become actual employees. It's a great deal because you're actually getting paid while you train, and then you're pretty much guaranteed a job when you graduate.
