So, for those who actually *know* (or just know of) the ingridients for a KFC Chicken, can you please tell me why it's unhealthy? They seem to taste and be cooked much better than regular fried chicken. So, is there a difference between KFC chicken and chicken I buy from the market that I fry in vegetable oil?

All fried chicken is unhealthy. What makes KFC [and other fast food fried chicken places] even more unhealthy and fattening is the fact that it has trans fat. If you make your own fried chicken at home, you can make it healthier using better ingredients.

i always found KFC chicken to have more fat in the coating. if you take the skin off your chicken before frying it, you'll probably save a lot of fat, etc.
the recipe is probably a secret one that no one would know about.
