noun) Those totally delicious things that some tight-*ssed idiots restrict to breakfast, but quite oboviously, to anyone with any intelligence, should be enjoyed as often as possible without reguard to the time of day.
verb) To rant rather endlessly about God only knows what. The speaker hypothetically has a point, but the audience stopped paying attention so long ago that the speaker's point has become moot.
So yes, I drink and waffle in both senses, but most often in the latter. I try not to bust out the former whilst inebrieted because my motor skills become so poor that I generally burn myself if I try to cook.

Yeah-I drink and waffle- I'm never more indecisive than when I drink- which is waffling. Do I want to go dance or talk to that person- go talk- wait I love that song....

I used to drink almost two bottles of wine every night and pop 30-45 painkillers each day...now I drink a lot of coffee and smoke cigarettes (the tobacco kind) and that's it.

Of course I drink but only very dark beer and an occasional shot now and then.
