My treo worked fine when I received until I dropped it now it says no service and I can't call anyone on it or receive calls. Only thing I can do is receive text messages and go on the internet and everything else except call someone. What can I do to resolve the problem?

It's pretty weird that it says no service but still gets online. Who is your service provider? If it's verizon or alltel, dial *228 to program, maybe that will go through. If not, soft reset (remove the battery and replace it, basically). If that doesn't work, hard reset, which will remove all data (but hopefully you're using activesync) but will also correct any correctable software glitch (remove the battery, start holding down the red power/end button, put the battery back while continuing to hold the button until you get a message asking if you want to erase all data....choose yes, go through initialization). If it's STILL not king, you're probably going to need a replacement, but your service provider won't do it since it was user-inflicted damage. If you have insurance, you should file a claim with your phone insurance complany. If you don't know the insurance company's number, call your service provider's tech support and they'll be happy to connect you.
