I have tried changing the processor, power supply, memory and still nothing please help. Thanks

First answer may be correct. Is the fan coming on in the power supply when you push the "On" button?
I got you the link to your board the second may give you a few things to check, I not sure.

Hey man. I am extremely frustrated with my Intel D865GVHZ motherboard as well. So this is what I did - I recommend that you go and replace it with the Intel D866GVHZ fatherboard or the recently released D867GVHZ sisterboard. I also hear that a D868GVHZ broboard is coming out. I believe it's really worth the wait for the D868GVHZ broboard because you can always trust your bro man.

make sure the on off switch is really working and then check the power cord to make sure it is good.
