Ebay has them from 30 to probably alot more. They look the same and all im trying to do is buy it for 1. improved gas mileage 2. teach and learn a little about cars by taking and putting things back together. 3. Ofcourse because its better and increases HP alittle but thats besides the point. What is good for the money? Does ebay have knockoffs or are the for real?

First of all, i just want to say that cold air intakes are basically just a tube and a filter. However, as simple as they may seem, you can still get a crappy @** cold air intake. Going with a good brandname such as AEM, Injen, DC Sports, etc. would ensure that your tube has as little air resistance on the inside as possible, and for the filter I would either go with K&N or AEM.

So those intakes you see on ebay are better than your stock intake, but they probably won't work as well as a brand name intake. Simple as that.

The difference in quality is not much more than the materials and coating. The AEM V2 is a different design, but for the money I would go with an ebay one as long as it is 3" diameter.

As far as a better design I would actually look at the short ram units from j's racing ($450), or passwordJDM carbon fiber power chamber($179).

Knockoffs of these exist too on ebay for 109 shipped

You know what, I think they are all very similar. You can try this, buy a cheap one and insert a Tornado in it. You wil get better result and cheaper. The most important is the air filter K&N or AEM air filter. Keep in mine the filter will be very close to the ground and will be very dirty in short time.

umm don't really focus to much on money you can pay top dollar for a crappy one and pay cheap for the best but yes it will help gas mileage but add a tornado in it as well it allows better suction by making the air go around =P but don't really rely on eBay to much but AEM is good

AEM!!! they are nice too since ur getting a cold air because they also have the patent for the bypass valve which is basically a foam insert that lets the car suck in clean air and not wet air if the end of ur intake is completely submerged in water. they're bad *** dude.

If you live in california, AEM Intake would be the wise choice because they are carb exempt.
** But other states that carb exemp don't matter I would reccommed Iceman Intake.
