Well, for the PS3 they had problems way before production even happened. Bad CPU processing chips and playback problems. Sony was so worried about incorporating Blu-Ray and all this other technology into their systems they lost a lot in gaming wise. Grand Theft Auto and Assassin Creed were suppose to be PS3 exclusives, but are now multiplatform games, mainly the Xbox 360. Devil May Cry 4 now is talked about heading over to the Xbox 360. Sony is on a huge dependancy of having the PS3 do well, if it bombs it takes Sony with it. Microsoft had the same launch problems as many systems do on their first month, but Sony still has them and only one exclusive and a medicore one at that. I enjoy Playstation, I own all the last gen systems and now a Xbox 360. I don't see the need to go out and spend 600 dollars on a system for games I can get for my already owned Xbox 360. If Metal Gear Solid 4 stays with Sony and doesn't branch off to a multiplatform game, Sony will stand a chance of staying in until they get their crap together and, hopefully, a line of exclusive titles to get people to buy their overpriced system. Sony really screwed themselves. Big time. Besides it is PS3 owners I see who constantly rag on Gears of War and Halo, if anyone wants proof of what system is the best, go look at the monthly sales and profits. PS3 is third, Wii is number one, doing very well for a console everyone ragged on Microsoft and Sony alike. And the Xbox 360 is second, very well for already being out for a year now and keeping numbers high and actually having exclusive titles.

lol. i've played the ps3, and i really do hate it for what it is. it freezes, and the graphics aren't nearly as good as sony brags. the controler feels like i could lose grip on it any minute. i worked at a best buy, and people didn't care about the ps3 after the first couple of days. at first, people crowded around the ps3 display, then wandered off, somewhat dissapointed because it usually froze up on them. they all go over to the 360 and the wii now. the wii gets the most attention, but the 360 gets quite a bit of attention for being out for so long. just put the 360 and ps3 side by side, look at the graphics and gameplay, and you'll see that the 360 is better. i think you're just attached to your ps3 because of the memories you have of the ps1 and ps2. i have a ps2, but i won't even think about buying a ps3 until they work out all of the bugs and make it a smaller, better system, like they did for the ps2.

Put the controller down and step away from the game system....
To be fair, games for the X-box are still available, but not so for the Original PlayStation.
Really, the way both these companies run their business just aggravates me. Buzz has it that a new "improved" 360 is going to be available soon, leaving those who just bought theirs over the holidays feeling ripped off. 360 also has a limited number of games available, too, which bums out X-box fans further.
These companies would be better off treating their loyal (sometimes fanatic) consumers with better products and performance, rather than capitalizing on technology that they KNOW even five years down the road will be antiquated. Shame on them!
So, try to show these poor deluded X-box fans a little more patience and understanding. Someday soon, airborne gaming systems will fill the skies and you can sit in the comfort of the glow from your PS3.
Oh, and another thing: Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls:Oblivion. GREATEST GAME EVER!!!!!

Xbox 360 video games are the same fee as PS3 video games. I have both and prefer my 360 because of the video games. they say that metallic equipment 4 will be on for PS3, yet in time i'm particular it also will bypass to the 360 same to the bypass MG good video games. i do not recognize how previous you're, yet i propose getting an element time job so that you'll have sufficient money the video games. end procuring pirated video games. it is no longer criminal and in case you get stuck you could ignore about playing any more desirable video games.

I have a 360 and it is awesome but I am also buying a PS3 because they both have their ups and their downs. I don't know why you people keep asking questions which ones better because it's all an opinion and what you like, so neither is better and the 360 is far from old news it's just getting started but I do think the ps3 will have better graphics in the future

You kind of answered your own question. All it takes is one person to badmouth a system, and all the fanboys will retaliate. That's just the way it goes.
