i have taken english and bio honors in highschool does it count toward a UC gpa when i apply?!?

Up to 8 honors classes count, and only from your sophomore and junior years.

you classes will not count as 5 points until you take AP as a junior or senior

No. Only AP classes do. Sometimes.
In high school, at least. And my counselors keep telling me that the only weighted classes considered are AP classes.
