Depends what you order there... if you avoid the chips, sour cream, and cheese, and have an item with their grilled chicken, salsa, lettuce, and veges, you're eating healthy.

Chipotle portions are not that big. They're not that fatty. The meat is grilled. I think if you just order "good for one" portion then it's okay.
But, I would guess that you would get bored eating the same type of food over and over again. I love eating there once in awhile but I can't stand to eat it all the time.

Chipotle is a smoked or flavored jalapeno. It is good for you if you are eating them without the other food stuffs they are usually served with. They have been known or said to cure some diseases.

From my experience of living in Mexico, my son had intestinal worms. The Doctor in the US said to give him chili peppers. He never had worms again, plus I never heard of a Mexican kid having worms.

They are loaded with vitamins too! My advise though is to eat Serrano chilies. They only burn you once! With all other chilies you will pray for ice cream to come on the next BM!

Sure, a couple of times is just fine.
If you ate there every day, it could be a problem. Even if you avoided the chips, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole, you would still be consuming way too much sodium.

Stay away from the guacamole and cheese. Stick to black beans with some rice and chicken in your burrito. Add some salsa and veggies, and you should be good. Or get a couple of chicken tacos (again, no guacamole or cheese...tons of fat right there).
