if i put a trophy in my yardsale and play the game & get another trophy, will i get that trophy or does it still count as already having one? i'm pretty sure that i can get 12 trophies from 4 different games every day but it keeps saying i already have one, and i don't get the trophy

If you have a trophy in your house, your 'holding area' (My Stuff), your basement or your Yard Sale you cannot earn another one. There is a strict limit of one trophy per account. If you sell your trophy that is in your Yard Sale then you can earn another one.

Yes, you can get another trophy but you can only get one at a time if you are going to earn it. If your going to buy them you can have as many as you want.
