In 1992, there was a poll taken from all of the top stations in the US from Miami to calif. to NY. It listed the Top 1500 songs ever requested on all of the stations since the beginning of the industry. The countdown started with #1500 and worked its way up to #1. The all time request was Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers. It was the most requested song ever played on all of the largest stations throughout the US. Of course in the land of the hillbillies and hicks, it was probably something by Earnest Tubb or Johnny Paycheck or Garth Brooks.

I Dream of You, as sung by Johnny Mathis, who has one of the most beautiful, romantic voices of all time. If you are not familiar with him, Google him to listen to some of his music soundtracks, like on Barnes and Noble. Pretty much every thing he sings is perfect for Valentine's Day, weddings, anniversaries, special birthdays, etc.
