Definitely not!! It has been beautiful the last few days. Sunny, clear and near 50 each day, here in Seattle. From what I know, it's been much the same in Portland, but maybe a few degrees cooler!
Seattle usually only gets snow about once a year. This season, we have had a few different snowing episodes, which is unusual...

No snow in seattle or portland... We havent had snow in 2weeks

There's a little snow left over on some parking lots and such where it was plowed in Seattle and vicinity; I'm too far away from Portland to be able to tell you about that area.

That's a dumb question for a place like Yahoo! Answers where you have to wait for the answer so that cancels out the "right now" part of your question... just go to King5.com (Seattle's NBC affiliate) they have webcams all over Seattle and there's a link to NWCN's website too (Northwest Cable News) that would also cover Idaho and Oregon (PORTLAND) for you as well.

I don't know where Diamond found snow... heavy frost, yes, but no snow lying about in the Puget Sound region below 1000 feet that I know of.

portland ( and more south in Salem) have no snow.....cool breeze and beautiful blue sky!
