Well, assuming you have some knowledge of basic fabrication techniques, you'd bend your wire into a circle and file your ends smooth. Then, for a simple hoop earring, you'd drill a small hole in one end and solder a piece of 20g wire in it. Then you'd just use one of those little earring back things to hold it on. There are other ways to fasten it, but that's the easiest.

I'm not sure, you may find make it yourself jewellry kits at your local craft store.
