i love hindi music even tho i dont understand it but i LOVE it i eventually kno the lyrics later on when i listen to it alot who knows wut iam saying but i jsut wanted to know anyone else who does the same =]

I just wish music and video outlets (radio as well as TV) in the US were more open to international voices and new music videos

Haha, I'm the same way with Japanese music. I'm Pakistani, and I grew up with Hindi music, so I understand it, lol.

Have you ever listened to any Pakistani music? Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan has made some really wonderful albums, and has also recorded with European bands like Cafe del Mar and Bhudda Bar. His father, Ghullam Ali Khan, was incredible, too.

Lol, i think I've seen that show on. I don't listen to a lot of Hindi music but the stuff i hear in movies.. i absolutely love. I listen to alot of Cambodian music, i don't understand it but its so beautiful! lol! I'm still in the process of learning so i hope everything goes well =)
So what hindi artist or song would you recommend to me?
