Only if it says in your paperwork somewhere. Sometimes they give you like 3 days or something like that. Good Luck With that!!!

The 72 hour rule mostly applies to health clubs and door to door sales. Check your state attorney General office help desk. You may be stuck. BUT if these guys try and pull a trick on you CALLED BUSHWACKING, that may be an out for you. with this trick, dealer will contact you in about a week and say your financing wasn't approved, or, "he found new financing for you", instead of playing along with this scam, say, "well forget it, here is your car back". BE SURE YOU FIRST GET IT IN WRITING THAT YOUR LOAN WASN'T APPROVED. Because when you say "forget it" he may double check and say your original loan is fine.

Did you really get ripped off? Or is it just high interest rate (anything about 11% is high) if thats the case contact your local bank or credit union ASAP, and apply for their loan at about 6.9% or so. that will ease your pain.

Ok, now its your lifes responsibility to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone you know. READ AND LEARN ALL YOUR PAPERWORk, go to other websites like this one: http://www.carbuyingtips.com/scams.htm

so when your friends or family wants to buy a car, you are the person they trust for help

Yeah.
Park it in front of the dealership and slip the keys underneath the door and leave.
They'll take it back, trust me.
You'll still have to pay for it though. Tough luck.
Maybe you'll learn from it.
