there's a girl who used to go to my school last year...she found my email and has been making fun of me...I've been emailing back just making a joke out of everything.
But now she says she's gonna beat me up on tuesday and she wont stop emailing even though im pretty much agreeing with everything shes saying or just not replying at all.

Carry a weapon with you on tuesday. Just in case. Check with the laws in your area, if you're concerned with that. I think most places are ok with a 3" knife. Don't necessarily use it, but scare her away.
Alternatively, get a bunch of your friends to stick with you for the day. That's a lot less iffy, legality-wise.
Can't you block email addresses?

It sounds to me like this girl has some serious issues. It sounds like she just wants to pick on you because...either she's jealous of you or she's got the hots for you or who knows what. I'd just ignore her emails from now on. Or ask her what her problem is. Don't be afraid of her because that's what she wants. If you want you could make a copy of that email or the emails and give them to a teacher just so they'll know or mention it to the police...i'd go ahead and scare her right back. Tell her that you filed a complaint with the police that she's threatening you and supposedly going to beat you up on Tuesday so they'll be waiting to protect you if you need it. I don't know but stuff like this is really annoying and i'm sorry you're having to deal with it.

Next time this nasty girl writes, don't open her email, and press "spam" or "junk". Don't give her the satisfaction of an answer--she does not deserve your time.
If she assaults, or even threatens you again, tell everyone you know! Don't let her get away with this. Again, don't open her emails--don't write to her--don't talk to her at all.
Make sure to have a lot of people around you on Tuesday--so you have witnesses if she does anything at all against the law. My youngest daughter made the mistake of not reporting it when a girl assaulted her in school--so guess what happened! The other girl's mom--the one who my daughter just defended herself from--made a police report. We had to go to the police department and to teen court--the girl that assaulted got away with it, and my daughter, because she had no witnesses that it was self-defense had to pay a fine and do community service.

u know its not fun to make jokes at the expence of others, no matter what the circumstances are, do not reply with negativity to any hate mail, rather just say i'm sorry if i offended u in any way and perhaps u wont be beaten up by tuesday. it takes a bigger and better person to apologise even if u r not in the wrong, and when u r not wrong it makes the other person feel terrible.

Well you should have just ignored her at the very beginning, next time just block the person. But since you have evidence that she is threatening you (that is if you haven't deleted the emails) I would take them to any authority type person, and they will help you solve this problem.

What the hell? She sounds weird. It could be shes only screwing around with you. But in any case, just be sure to be around your friends instead of alone on Tuesday....
And if you dont answer any of her emails back then shell eventually get bored with this and leave you alone.

There might be a way to block her e-mails from getting through to you. Save the e-mails she's been sending you and if there's some kind of counselor at your school, talk to that person about the best ways for you to handle it.

Report her to your school. Do not reply to hate email. Print a copy for evidence. If it keeps coming, file a police report. She could be a psycho... if you know what I mean.
