Do you want to delete all temporary downloaded files from the Internet? If so its easy. Click on tools on your browser, select Internet options, Under the General tab, under browsing history click on Delete. It will then give you a pop-up to select what you wish to delete.
One other way without browser is..
Go to Start, Control Panel, click on Internet options. Under the General tab, under browsing history click on Delete. It will then give you a pop-up to select what you wish to delete.
