Yes the dog pluto is real,at least I think he is???

The dog Pluto was a comic character and never part of the Solar System.
The "planet" Pluto lost its status recently, because the definition of "planet" was changed. See reasons, at:

If you are asking about the object Pluto which used to be classified as a planet, it no longer meets the criteria established by the scientific community as a planet.
It remains part of our Solar System however because it is in orbit around our sun. Everything in orbit around our sun is an object of our solar system.

Pluto is to small by current standards, but now we are considering other possible planets.
