I am just curious.... I don't understand the correlation, and I really would like to know. Thanks for the help, and please, only honest answers and no derogatory remarks.

Smaller people have shorter vocal cords in their throat. Just like a piano, the short small strings make the high pitched sounds and the longer bigger ones make the bass sounds.

It depends on the size of their vocal tract. As with musical instruments, a smaller place for sound to resonate leads to a higher frequency sound wave and therefore a higher pitch. Some little people have normal-sized vocal tracts, so their voices are the same as those of ordinary height.

Because of the same hormone imbalance which made them a little person in the first place. It stunted their growth and therefore their vocal cords haven't matured normally either.

sound is created all the way through the body and the lungs a smaller body equilers a higher pitch its simple
