If you mean throw right handed, then the glove is on your left hand.

Your glove should be on your left hand, unless you are under the same circumstance that Jim Abbott was who had to transfer his glove while delivering a pitch because he only had one hand. To make it simple, glove goes on opposite hand of throwing hand

It should go on your left hand as a rule, but I know people who do it the opposite.
