You need to develop interest in a lot of good hobbies and subjects, you need to have some very good friends: you need to realise that there are quite a lot of good things in your life right now, realise that you really are happy, you have reasons to be happy!

I would love to do this for you but I doubt anything that anyone can tell you will inevitably help make your life better; especially through this. All I know is we are all, including you are here for a reason. We may not feel like our presence mean anything but its sad when someone choose to end their life before its time; willingly saying they're life is meaningless. I'm sure we all have days like this but life is full of surprises. Try to take a chance doing something you love, anything your good at, or something >you< think will help improve your life. If love or support is what your looking for know that there are still a lot of good people out there. And if nothing else seems to get better seek God for help. Best wishes. =)

Attitude is essential to happiness.

I have seen a person that has become severely disabled face life with courage and find pleasure in each day.

I have seen a woman with everything to be grateful for practically have nervous breakdown over a broken fingernail.

"Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent attitude." Chuck Swindoll

I was depressed for many years, I was treated and given many different meds, nothing worked. No one can save you from yourself. Death seemed like an end to my pain. I felt very sorry for myself and no one could convince me that life was worth living. But by the grace of some higher power, I had an epiphany. No one can save me from myself. I had to discover my preciousness. I had to find inspiration, hope and pleasure in each moment. I was unable to kill myself and was tired of being miserable.

I decided to try cognitive behaqvioral therapy, and that made sense, but I still had trouble with doing it. Then I tried a twelve step program that treated my codependency: Al-Anon.

No one else is responsible for my happiness, I am. Misery is optional...and so is bliss. I choose bliss and have tools, meetings and friends that love and support me in my endeavors.

Kind regards, may you look for your happiness and keep up the search and you will find it.

We are not doctors here. Sounds like you need more than meds. Sounds like you could benefit from some therapy. Get some now.
