Is the fees the same online and at the agent, or is it different?

Good thing I saw your question. DON'T send money. If you are sending to a girl you met on the line and she asked for money you may be sorry later. Reason is, some of the girls you see on pictures are guys. Yup, guys. Now some can never get on a cam for one reason or the other, are usually the guys. Then others need money cuz they need medicine for their poor, dying mother. I can name you more excuses. I got on the Cherry Blossom site one time and you would be surprised of the scammers there. They talk so nice if you send money till you say no and then watch their attitude. lol I know.
Send me an email of who and why you are sending the money and I will give you my advice from what I have learned if you want. If not, do not find out the hard way.
