How do I make Medal of Honor work between Mac and PC?

My brother has a macintosh. I have a PC. We want to be able to play medal of honor against eachother. How do we do this? We both have wireless cards and/or eathernet cards taht we should be able to use to connect. HELP! Thanks

First, you both need to have the game installed in you computers. If you are both connected to the same network, just go to multi-player mode, and create a local room.
