Ok ...
Try a slight Flare as a counterweight to an ample derriere.
Buttoned pockets positioned low on the backside will make your rear disappear.
Pockets positioned closer to the center have a narrowing effect.
Avoid pleats.
Jeans with Stretch.
Apple Bottoms would compliment a curvy figure, and probably Baby Phat. Search around, some department stores may have an aactual fitting to get the right jeans for your body.
Thats all i have hope it helps

I've just started purchasing some Dereon Jeans, they fit real nice on curvy women. Rocawear, Applebottom is a huge plus, most urban clothing are made for your body type, if you want more designer labels, Check out Frankie B jeans, Blue Cult, even H&M has good jeans, Citizens of Humanity, Seven jeans, Chip and pepper...email me for more, I have alot of jeans..

Hollister and Aeropostle have the best jeans for people like us. Try to find some with nothing to draw attention to the back. Also, a bright , big belt would draw more attention to the waist, less on the butt.

I don't know if they still have them, but last season GAP had what they called a "curvy jean". It was cut special for people with your figure. You might want to check and see if they have anything that you'd like. Good luck.

I have the same problem. I went to Arden B and bought a pair they are nice. They dont gap in the back when I sit down. They were 98 with gold stitching.

I always look for jeans with a bit of stretch and either straight or wide leg jeans.
Right now my fave jeans are from American Eagle and they're stretch wide leg.

Oprah had a show about picking the right jeans.
You want jeans with a FLAT front, and nothing going on the the back.
good luck.
