Can anyone PLEASE help me figure out how Brenda has her makeup done in this picture?? Is she using liquid liner in her inner rims and then lining the top or what?? Its so confusing!! If you could PLEASE help me out and give me instructions on how to get her eye makeup then Id love it so much! also do you guys know the color of her blush??

its liquid eyeliner on the bottom right on the edge and on the top as well. the top bit is lined going thicker as it gets to the outer edge of the eye, and to get the total effect use lots and lots of mascara or fake lashes.

she has liquid eyeliner on the top and the bottom, but has way more on the top. she probubly has a little black shadow on top of the eyeliner. also, she has fake lashes with extra mascara and a little bit of pinkish eyeshadow. this is hard to do. only for a makeup artistt. sorry
