Funniest? Because he is the village idiot, an empty suit elevated by a small constituency to carry out their evil plans. He can't speak a coherent sentence without a teleprompter. He looks like a chimpanzee.
Strongest (and Most Powerful - they go together)? Because he has completely ignored the Constitution and done whatever he pleases.
Worst? Oh boy. Least intelligent, most arrogant, least responsible, most corrupt, least responsive to majority opinion, least curious about the world around him, unable to seek or take criticism, stubborn, deceitful, full of crap. I am absolutely sure that in the future, his administration will be regarded by historians as the worst EVER.

um.... I'm a little confused by the question. I believe he is all of those things though. I think he was given a lot of criticism for beginning the war, but I also think that if he didnt America would be angry that he didn't do anything to end terrorist attacks. I don't agree with everything he has done, but he tried, which is more than clinton did when terrorists attacked us. And it really annoys me that Clinton boasted that he came closest to Bin Laden, he MET with him and didn't do anything about him. How can you look at yourself in the mirror when you know you could have prevented so much pain?

Because of the legacy his father left for him. Bush Sr. has been doing business with the Saudi's for years and as long as he has investments with them the Bush's will be a force to recon with even after that retard of a Pres. term is over.

If you watch George Bush carefully, you'll never see him disrespect anyone. He never belittles anyone, never calls anyone names, never insults anyone or makes fun of them.
He always treats his colleagues professionally, no matter what they do behind his back.
So the only thing that I can figure is that you take the image of the president and superimpose on that image something from your own imagination. Otherwise, it would be impossible for you to think of him as funny (I've never seen him tell jokes), and he's certainly nothing like Hitler.
(What's wrong with seeing him as he is? Not entertaining enough?)
