im facing the same dilemma... i got to the point where i kind of fell for my bestfriend... it was really fun, one of the best 'relationships' i had.. we can talk about anything and everything, we can do everything we want, we just had so many things in common... it was just a match made in heaven...
but then, the hardest part of falling for your bestfriend is the 'risk'... falling for a friend means having to put your friendship in jeopardy by playing all your cards, trading it for love... but then, even friendship cannot guarantee 'security' and lifetime 'stability... we had a misunderstanding.. something that we could have avoided and patch easier if only we havent gone too close, only if we had not bargained too deep and too great feelings.. now, because we were too hurt.. we don't talk anymore... it is hard... but the hardest part of it is not just losing a lover.. but also losing a true friend...
