does any one know how to make an apron that truns to a bonnet?

I need the dementions for this. it makes a really cute bonnet. made them years ago and now people are asking me for them again. have lost the pattern since moving.

I searched alot, but didn't find it. But this site has some nice aprons, and maybe she mentions it.
