Buy a tarantula from Pet Smart or something and tell him you used to have one as a kid. But it bit your dog and killed it and your mom made you get rid of it.
After a few day go let it go in a field without telling anyone. Then start asking your roommate if he has seen it.

Tell him to spring for a hotel room you're going to bed.
Tell the girl that she looks really different than the last time your roommate brought her back to his room. If she says she has never been there before apologize profusely and that there have been so many you just got confused.
I don't care how charismatic he is music off at 10 on school nights.

Everyone else does not have to live with him, Stand up for yourself and tell him he needs to be more considerate of your needs. You have just as much right to your needs as he does his. Tell him shape up or you will have to find a more compatible roommate. You cannot let his behavior affect your grades.
Rest is very important to maintain grades in school. Girlfriends are for weekend or motels.
When I was in college I had to have private room to get better grades,

The only problem I see is the loud music while you try to sleep. His lifestyle is his choice.
Offer advice as a friend. His cheating will catch up with him eventually. Speak with him about it and let him know you disagree with the lifestyle choices he is making. Also, remember to respect that they are his choices and he'll eventually suffer the consequences of his actions if he doesn't change his behavior.

You're paying for the privilege to sleep in the room just as much as he is. Talk to him and tell how frustrating his behaviors are to you. If he doesn't choose to listen and change, you can complain to the Resident Assistant or the Dean of students.

i knew a guy down the hall who had a roomate like that. He started pretending to sleepwalk, and then one night when the guy wasnt there he took a very sharp hunting knife and ripped his bed to pieces. The guy took the hint and switched with someone else.
