No you can't get pregnant by having only anal sex, just think about it for a moment and please ignore the tired old wives tale about anal causing cancer, leading to early death or losing the war for the allies spread by either the little old lady brigade, the saintly women of the church social or a bunch of giggling teeny boppers. There is so much sexual disinformation spread around this site everyday it is ridiculous, and frankly obscene. If you have sex you might get herpes but herpes isn't going to kill you. Some sexually transmitted diseases might kill you but that is something you have to realize and educate yourself in advance. Knowledge is your only real defense.
Don't take anything you read here, including from me, as gospel truth. Go out and learn these things through your own research and then talk to a doctor if you aren't sure. Do not trust anyone on here who claims to be a doctor since better than half who claim to be couldn't even spell PHD if you put a gun to their head.
Anal sex isn't inherently bad or evil, there is nothing wrong with it and a great many women, like me, enjoy anal and there is nothing wrong with us either. It really isn't a form of birth control and shouldn't be used as such but it won't give you cancer, myth, or destroy your ability to go to the bathroom, another myth. Like any other aspect of sex it is something that you should educate yourself about and not take chances with or trust to strangers advise.
The most childish and disingenuous claims of sexual disinformation are repeated ad infinitum here in YA and it's getting pretty old.

Of course you can. If you have unprotected anal sex and the sperm leaks out of your anus it can make it's way to your vagina. Sperm swim remember? It is a harder trip for the sperm to take, but it has happened. Sounds like you aren't ready for any kind of sex and agreeing to JUST have anal sex is a pretty bad idea for you. Wait until you are ready and educated 100% about all aspects of sex not just what somebody else wants you to do. Life will go on if you don't have anal sex or any other kind of sex with this guy or any other guy that thinks this is a safe alternative to not getting a girl pregnant the regular way.

No, because there is no path for the sperm to get to the egg. But, you can get all the same sexually transmitted diseases, rip your anal sphincter (causing damage and bleeding), cause an anal/vaginal fistula (a hole between your vaginal canal and rectum) and they have shown anal sex to be linked to colon cancer. So are you really gaining anything? Just use a condom and do it the old fashioned way.

So use protection and you and your partner get tested regularly.
