You know at night when you sleep, you might slide your foot out from under the covers to get a bit cooler but then if you get to cold you slide your foot back in. Do you regluate your hot and cold this way?

You know, I do the exat same thing. According to all the books though it is your brain that controls your body temperature. I cannot tell you why I have to usually sleep with one foot outside the covers. My father was the same way. Good question though. Gold start from me to you.

no it does not . the place on the outside of the body that is mostly used to take temps for the body is just at the base of spin the tail bone sort of . if ice or heat is placed there the body will respond quicker then anywhere else on the body .

if your feet regulate. your body temp, so yes the toe will do it.
