If you click on the big, green "discover" rectangle above, you will then be able to click on the "vote" tab. That will show questions that are open for voting. Then click on a question that interests you, and read the answers. Click on "Vote for best answer" next to the one you think is best. The question you want to vote for MUST be open to voting or you will not be able to vote for best answer.

There is an option where you can vote somewhere on your options where you answer questions....
