actually, i use Bare Minerals and it is by far the best makeup i have EVER used. Mineral Veil is the last step in the process, and it is supposed to set the foundation, Warmth, and any cover up that you put on beforehand. It does not actually contain any pigmentation, so it does not work towards "covering up" anything. I skip this step when I'm running late.

The mineral veil is a just a translucent finishing powder, much like you would use with a liquid foundation. You don't have to use it, but it helps to set the makeup and combat any greasy areas that show up.

yes it can ive been using it over my mac foundation and it works really good at controlling the oil,ive tried BM 2 and ur so right it didn't control the oil at all but i luv the mineral veil 2 set my makeup

The stuff is amazing! It's so pure you can sleep in it. Honestly, I'm not sure how it works, but it DOES work.

it covers up unwanted things on your face and it benefits b/c the minerals keep your face looking good and clear

It covers up the little things like zits, it also helps with undereye circles and stuff like that
