the drug testing is for illegal drugs, since nicotine is legal it won't show up.

Nicotine stays in the system between 1-2 days. Yes there is a nicotine test. If you are a minor then I would error on the side of caution and assume YES they will test for nicotine.

I'm not your mom but, some unsolicited advice: Quit while you're ahead smoking will kill you eventually! As for probation, you need to evaluate your thoughts before you act. Why deal with all the probation b.s. when you don't have to be in the "system" at all!? Once your in the "system" it's hard to get out! You deserve the best for yourself! In 20 years none of this will matter unless you continue on the path you are on. so, get out now! You sound young, behave! From the once troubled.....

Well, if you're going to let it drain out of your system to pass a test, that means by the time you take a test you will no longer be addicted. Just some advice- DONT START AGAIN!

you might be so-fine now, but you wont be so pretty if you continue and let your skin tint yellow and wrinkle like a cold nut sack, or an open heart surgery leaves a gaping scar or a limb amputation from diabetes induced smoking.

But who knows you may not get any kind of effect and live a long and healthy life. When one in 20 get cancer from smoking, its foolish to gamble.

Some amount of cigarette tar will remain in
your lungs for the rest of your life, shortened
though it may be.

Ever seen the insides of a lung of a smoker,
even if the smoker hasn't smoked for the last
20 years? It ain't pretty. Of course, its even
less pretty if they died smoking.

The truth is that you should stop smoking and
stop worrying about the legal system. You
were silly to start. You are sillier to continue to
do so.

If you pass this test, it is by luck. If you die
of something other than lung cancer or related
lung illnesses, it will also only be by luck.
