On your internet explorer, goto Tools > Internet options > Privacy

Click on sites and input the websites you want to block.

In your Internet Explorer browser click>>>
Tools>>Internet Options>>Click the Content tab>> Content advisor. You can add enitre domains to that area to block or certain material can be blocked.

you can add the website to "Always blocked website list" in NetDogAdmin.exe, it's very easy and effective.
