What does it mean when a company lists "Tuition Reimbursement" as a benefit?

they will pay a certain amount for you to get a hire degere that is related to your job. You have to pay and after you get your grades they pay you back. Some companies do 100% if you get and A 80% for a B and 50% for a C others pay no mater what .
I get 750 a year that is like one class

It means they will pay for you to continue your education. Usually the company sets a limit. At my job it's $5,500/year and whatever courses you're taking has to directly relate to your job. So you pay for whatever classes you're taking up front and once you complete it and show proof of completion to the HR department, the company will pay you back that amount (either by cutting you a check or adding the amount to your paycheck).
