Anyone know of any legitimate short stoires on the topic of peace that can be spoken in under four minutes?

I'm assuming you either mean true stories or famous fiction.

You can speak of Jesus and when he says he who is without sin could "cast the first stone". I've seen that story told in four minutes.

Or you can use the line from Hamlet about men fighting over a small piece of land.

Four minutes is pretty short for a "short story" if you're talking about the literary genre, it's more like an anecdote.
